1. Who we are
AriseAi is a product of Arise Technology Company (“Arise,” “we,” or “us”), a Delaware-registered company. By using the AriseAi platform you agree to these terms.
2. Closed beta
AriseAi is currently in closed beta. Access is granted by invitation. We may add, change, or remove features as we learn from beta customers. We'll give reasonable notice before any change that materially reduces functionality you rely on.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- You're responsible for what users on your tenant do with the platform.
- Two-factor authentication is required for every user.
4. Your data
You own the data you bring to the platform — prospect lists, ICP definitions, message libraries, outreach drafts, and any customer data your agent generates. We host it. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train third-party models. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
5. AI-generated content
AriseAi agents draft content (research summaries, outreach copy, scoring rationales) using large language models. Drafts can be wrong, biased, or hallucinate facts. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending it, publishing it, or relying on it for a decision. We provide the tooling; you provide the judgment.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations can result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Fees and billing
During closed beta, pricing is set per-customer in your order form. Once we move to general availability we'll publish standard pricing tiers. We bill in advance for the subscription period; usage-based components (LLM calls, searches) are metered and billed in arrears.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:
- We stop billing at the end of the current period.
- Your workspace is frozen — no new agent activity.
- You have 30 days to export your data before we delete it.
9. Warranty disclaimer
AriseAi is provided “as is.” During the closed beta, we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We'll work hard to make the product good — but you accept some risk by using it early.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of AriseAi is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll notify you in-app or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
