You may not use AriseAi to
- Send unsolicited bulk email outside of legitimate B2B outreach norms (CAN-SPAM in the US, CASL in Canada, GDPR soft-opt-in or legitimate-interest basis in the EU/UK).
- Send messages without a clear sender identity, working unsubscribe path, or physical postal address (once email sending is enabled at GA).
- Impersonate a person, company, or domain you do not represent.
- Harass, threaten, or target individuals on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or depicting real people without consent.
- Run political campaigning, lobbying, or election-related outreach without explicit prior approval.
- Run agents against industries explicitly banned by your applicable LLM provider's usage policies (e.g., Anthropic's usage policy).
- Scrape data from websites that prohibit scraping in their terms or robots.txt, or in violation of applicable law.
- Use the platform to build a competing AI agent product by extracting our prompts, system messages, or operator workflows.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to circumvent the platform's tenant isolation, rate limits, or access controls. (If you're a security researcher, see “Coordinated disclosure” below.)
- Upload malware, run cryptominers, or otherwise abuse compute provided through the platform.
You are responsible for
- Reviewing AI-drafted content before sending. The agent drafts; you decide.
- Honoring opt-outs and suppression lists. If a prospect asks to be removed, remove them everywhere.
- Compliance with the laws that apply to your business — including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, CASL, and any sector- specific rules (e.g., HIPAA, FCRA) that apply to your outreach data.
- Configuring your ICP and message library responsibly. Garbage in, garbage out — we don't pre-filter your instructions for taste.
Enforcement
We may suspend, throttle, or terminate access for any tenant that violates this policy. Egregious violations (illegal activity, sustained abuse, attempts to compromise other tenants) may be terminated immediately and without refund, and may be reported to authorities.
Coordinated disclosure
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please get in touchrather than exploiting it. We'll work with you in good faith to fix it. We don't currently have a paid bug bounty program but we'll credit researchers who help.

If a message you received looks like it came from AriseAi and you believe it violates this policy, please let us know. Include the full message and headers if you can.
